Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.  

  • Maintain and control CRM data, ensuring it is regularly updated, accurate, and reflective of ongoing sales activities.

  • Perform regular data audits and quality checks on the CRM and other sales data systems to identify and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies.  

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure proper integration and utilization of sales data across systems. 

  • Follow different data governance policies to maintain high data quality standards. 

  • Generate sales performance reports and dashboards, utilizing data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, to support decision-making. 

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing the sales pipeline. 

  • Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure proper data management practices are upheld across platforms. 

  • Provide training and support to the sales team on CRM best practices and data management. 

  • Optimize data processes for better performance and scalability as the sales function grows. 

  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations related to sales data. 

  • Assist in data-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and system implementations.

Experience, Academic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Sales Operations, or a related field. 

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in CRM data administration, or similar roles. 

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales data management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Workday). 

  • Proficiency in Excel required.  

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high data quality standards.

  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. 

  • Experience with data governance, data audits, and maintaining data accuracy. 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. 

  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations relevant to managing sales data.
