Architect - IAM Solution Lead bei PepsiCo

IAM SME Architect requires expertise in identity and access management principles, ability to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions. This role involves strategic planning, technical design, implementation and ensuring alignment with business goals. 

• Strategic Planning & Architecture:

• Develop and maintain the overall IAM architecture, ensuring it aligns with the organization's security strategy and business needs. 
• Perform POC’s for IAM solutions, considering both cloud and on-premises environments. 
• Evaluate and recommend new IAM technologies and products. 
• Conduct gap analysis and develop plans to address identified gaps in IAM capabilities. 

• Project Management:

• Lead and manage IAM projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and closure. 
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors. 
• Oversee the implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and timelines. 

• Technical Expertise:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, user provisioning, access management, privileged management, PKI, Access Governance, Active Directory.
• Have experience with various IAM technologies, such as Azure AD, Cyber Ark, OKTA, SailPoint, AWS IAM or other IGA solutions. 
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team. 

• Security & Compliance:

• Ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulations. 
• Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive data and systems. 
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. 

• Communication & Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on IAM best practices. 
• Build strong relationships with internal and external teams. 

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices. 
• Project Management: Experience in leading and managing complex projects. 
• Leadership: Ability to influence and guide teams towards a common goal. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is often required. 
• Security Certifications: Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or others are often preferred. 

In the context of a project, this role would involve:

• Working with business stakeholders to define IAM requirements for the project. 
• Design and implement the IAM solutions.
• Selecting and implementing IAM technologies, potentially involving integration with existing systems. 
• Developing and executing a project plan, including timelines, resources, and budget. 
• Ensuring the IAM solution is secure, reliable, and meets the organization's security and compliance requirements. 
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the IAM solution.
