Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze data to help organizations improve their processes, products, and services.
• Document business processes and requirements. 
• Identify needs and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met. 
• Collaborate with solution architects to deliver functional solutions that align with architectural standards.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of functional standards and guidelines.
• Bridging the gap between IT and business functions, ensuring that projects align with organizational objectives. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in Insurance industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of experience, including leadership roles
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology
   

Other Qualifications:

• Oral and written English
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
  Relevant certifications
