Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Steward Intern to join our Customer Master Data team in Ovar, Portugal. This internship opportunity offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in data management and governance while contributing to the improvement of our customer data quality.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer master data across various systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Help develop and implement data quality rules and standards
  • Participate in data cleansing and enrichment projects
  • Support the creation and maintenance of data documentation
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards for data quality metrics
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database systems
  • Familiarity with data management software and data quality tools
  • Understanding of data governance principles and customer data management concepts
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous internship or academic projects in data management is a plus
