Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and people-focused Employee Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, engagement, compliance etc. This role calls for a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
- To be able to handle Employee Grievances with patience.
- Responsible for managing the complete employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support continuous learning and career development initiatives.
- HR Administration:
- Assist with queries around payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle HR-related documentation and correspondence.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
- Creative bent of mind for HR presentations & Engagement activities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
