As a Senior Manager – Application Integration / Support, you will be responsible for leading a team of eight Application Integration Engineers, drive operational excellence, process improvements, collaborate multi-functionally to align onboarding with product evolution. Monitor critical metrics and implement corrective actions.

Role Responsibilities -
We expect you to perform hands on data testing & application integration while onboarding new and existing customers onto the Nasdaq Trade Surveillance Software as a Service (SaaS).

Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Team Management
Manage a team of onboarding specialists and analysts.
Allocate resources and monitor team performance.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of onboarding projects.
Drive operational excellence and process improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align onboarding with product evolution.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Data Testing & Implementation:
Perform data quality tests on customer data and work closely with the customer to resolve issues.
Set up the application configurations as per the customer requirements and data quality.
Preparation of customer sign-off document and go-live activities at the end of the UAT testing.
Implement changes as per the change request document and perform necessary testing to ensure the changes are working as expected.
Team coordination:
Work closely with functional analysts, sales, support & development teams to ensure smooth onboarding for all the new clients.
Planning and Reporting:
Provide weekly project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
We expect you to have:
Prior experience managing team of more than 5 members.
At least seven years of experience working on basic and advanced Unix / Linux commands and shell scripting.
In-depth knowledge of Capital markets
Prior experience working on version control tools like GIT.
Prior experience in Customer Management.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Experience Level: 9 to 12 years
It would be great if you have
Understanding of OTC markets like Forex, Fixed Income etc.
Understanding of trading protocols like FIX, Omnet etc.
