Job Summary:
As an Assistant Manager in Deloitte’s GenAI Hub focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), you will be responsible for leading AI-driven initiatives, developing and implementing generative AI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. You will play a critical role in applying advanced language models to solve complex business problems and enhance Deloitte’s AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-based AI applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI use cases.
- Oversee the fine-tuning, training, and optimization of large language models for various business scenarios.
- Drive innovation by exploring new generative AI technologies and frameworks.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and ethical use of AI models and outputs.
- Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and reports for clients and leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and support their skill development in AI and machine learning.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, NLP, and large language models to maintain Deloitte’s competitive edge.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with AI/ML models, preferably with hands-on experience on Large Language Models like GPT, BERT, etc.
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in consulting or professional services firms.
- Exposure to responsible AI practices, model interpretability, and bias mitigation techniques.
- Experience in automation and integration of AI models into business workflows.
