Job Summary:

As an Assistant Manager in Deloitte’s GenAI Hub focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), you will be responsible for leading AI-driven initiatives, developing and implementing generative AI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. You will play a critical role in applying advanced language models to solve complex business problems and enhance Deloitte’s AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-based AI applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI use cases.
• Oversee the fine-tuning, training, and optimization of large language models for various business scenarios.
• Drive innovation by exploring new generative AI technologies and frameworks.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and ethical use of AI models and outputs.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and reports for clients and leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and support their skill development in AI and machine learning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, NLP, and large language models to maintain Deloitte’s competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience working with AI/ML models, preferably with hands-on experience on Large Language Models like GPT, BERT, etc.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in consulting or professional services firms.
• Exposure to responsible AI practices, model interpretability, and bias mitigation techniques.
• Experience in automation and integration of AI models into business workflows.
