Key Responsibilities:Define category & positioning: Synthesize customer/market insights into a sharp POV, value propositions, and messaging hierarchy for multiple audiences (consumer, prosumer, education, SMB as applicable). Run ongoing landscape tracking (features, pricing, motion);Segment & ICPs: Build and validate segments, ICPs, and priority use cases; inform roadmap with quantified opportunity sizing.GTM & Launch orchestration with product groups: Own GTM plan, launch tiering, readiness calendar, and cross-functional RACI.Sales & channel enablement: Create pitch narratives, demo scripts, battlecards, objection handling, and training for internal sales and key partners.Content strategy: Partner with stakeholders and execs on key narratives, customer stories, and hero demos that make the abstract tangible.Measurement & growth loops: Define success metrics (adoption, activation, retention, NPS, revenue), instrument funnels, and lead post-launch experiments (pricing tests, onboarding, paywall, lifecycle CRM).What We’re Looking For:6–10 years as a generalist marketing in tech, with experience in product marketing and preferably some exposure to software or apps marketing with a track record of successesPortfolio of crisp messaging simplified complex tech and moved metrics.Experience partnering tightly with Product/UX on roadmap input and demo design.Data-literate: can brief research, design experiments, and read dashboards.Executive-ready communicator; excellent brief writing and narrative storytelling.Bonus: AI-enhanced experiences, growth marketing on SaaS/apps, global cultural sensitivitiesEducation: BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.Why Join Us?100% global, 100% hybrid: Daily cross-geo syncs; frequent calls across time zones, possibility to be in office dailyTravel: ~15–20% for launch moments, research sprints, partner meetings, and events.Tools of the trade: You’re fluent in briefing creative, building enablement, and partnering with research, growth, and analytics.
