Speech Language Pathologist – Full Time – Warren & Bluffton, IN

 HTS is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our teams at two highly-rated continuing care retirement communities located in Warren and Bluffton, IN. In this role, the SLP will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents from short-term rehab, long term care and assisted living. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.  


· Experience building caseload is a plus!

· Flexible full-time schedule, 30–40 hours per week.

· Drive time and mileage compensated for travel between the buildings, which are located within 25 miles of each other.

· Strong interdisciplinary support and welcoming therapy teams.

· The Warren facility has a great longstanding team that works well together, very large campus with many amenities. The Bluffton facility has a dedicated skilled unit and is CMS 5-star rated.

Requirements

Applicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence.


Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
