As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing top-tier talent to onboarding new hires. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to shape strategic hiring plans, elevate our employer brand, and ensure every candidate has a positive and engaging experience.

BHcare is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic providing comprehensive services for individuals and families facing mental health, substance use, and domestic violence challenges. We believe that every client deserves seamless access to quality care — and our Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in making that happen.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and interns, including planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, interview strategies, and compensation recommendations
  • Craft compelling job postings and distribute them across multiple platforms
  • Source and screen candidates using ATS, job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Coordinate interviews and guide hiring managers through selection and offer processes
  • Prepare offer letters and serve as the candidate’s main point of contact throughout onboarding
  • Facilitate engaging orientation experiences that set new hires up for success
  • Represent BHcare at job fairs and recruitment events
  • Use key metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with background checks, certifications, and regulatory requirements

What You Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience in the field required.
  • 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Background in behavioral health and healthcare services preferred.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume recruiting setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, designing and executing job postings on social media platforms and job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices in recruitment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills. Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical skills and ability to manage established HR metrics. 
  • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands.
  • Ability to travel to BHcare locations as needed.
