This position typically starts at the mid wage range which can vary based on education and experience.

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the implementation and daily oversight of the program and staff to ensure that programming is being implemented as designed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides leadership and direction to all program staff, maintains staff schedule, leads staff meetings, evaluate staff performance and assist with the hiring of new staff as approved.
- Be knowledgeable of the overall program budget and work collaboratively with Director and Program Coordinator to ensure long-term financial sustainability for the program.
- Assist with the coordination of referral/intakes to include parent/guardian contact, setting up transportation and ensure completion of required documents.
- Support and conduct reviews of the program through the PQI process. Additional programmatic supports such as: satisfaction surveys, client feedback, referral source feedback, staff concerns will also be considered.
- Provide direct client services as part of the program model.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ENVIRONMENT
Education, Training & Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or other related field and one (1) year in human services, or related area at a management level preferred.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills: Experience or knowledge in the areas of mental health issues, child development, and crisis interventions preferred. Skills in management and leadership preferred.
Equipment & Applications: Proficiency in using general office equipment (phone, fax, copier, etc.) and PC application including Gmail and Microsoft Office products.
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Work is performed primarily in an office and related indoor conditions, minimal infrequent physical demands. Program Supervisor will be exposed to individuals who are irate or hostile.
