What You Will Do
As the Connected Services Operations Program Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to accelerate field adoption and customer value realization of connected services across North America. You will design and execute programs that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service effectiveness.
This role includes full ownership of customer onboarding and dashboard training, ensuring customers are equipped to adopt and maximize the value of connected solutions. You will also manage supply chain order processes and forecasting to support service readiness and inventory alignment. Additionally, you will own the execution and continued growth of several Connected Proactive Service Recommendations (PSRs).
You will collaborate with field leaders, product management, and functional teams to remove roadblocks, increase profitability, and leverage global resources to augment local capabilities. You will serve as the voice of the field, translating feedback into impactful programs and sharing best practices across global teams.
How You Will Do It
- Lead the definition, development, and deployment of HVAC connected equipment field and customer adoption programs
- Own and execute customer onboarding and dashboard training to drive adoption and ensure customers realize full value from connected services
- Manage supply chain orders and forecasting to support timely service delivery and inventory optimization
- Drive execution of Proactive Service Recommendations (PSRs), identifying and presenting service opportunities that enhance customer outcomes
- Define program scope, budget, schedule, resources, and business cases for new initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including field, commercial, marketing, operations, manufacturing, training, communications, and finance
- Monitor customer adoption metrics and usage trends to proactively address gaps and improve engagement
- Develop training programs and knowledge resources to improve field adoption and effectiveness
- Present solutions confidently to executives, field leadership, and local teams, holding stakeholders accountable
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Engineering or technical degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in program management and/or service operations; HVAC industry experience preferred
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, Power BI, and SharePoint development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results across diverse teams
- Ability to:

- Identify and remove obstacles to success
- Reinforce the impact of individual and team contributions

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,000-117,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
