Join our Client Success Team as a Client Success Manager, where you’ll serve as the trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients—helping them achieve exceptional results through RentVision’s digital marketing and revenue management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on digital marketing and revenue management tactics and strategies specific to the multifamily industry.
- Drive product adoption and utilization.
- Proactively manage client relationships to increase retention.
- Coordinate and execute on client servicing requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve client goals.
- Identify expansion opportunities & bring in the right people to win new business from existing clients.
Client Communication:
- You’ll communicate with clients daily through email, phone, and video meetings—leading calls, presenting performance data, and proactively sharing insights and recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
- This is an on-site role based in our Lincoln, NE office. You’ll work in a team office, sitting side by side with your fellow Client Success team members to encourage collaboration, learning, and shared problem-solving. You’ll also partner with various departments across the organization to deliver cohesive, high-quality client experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, client management, or a related role.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to build trust and deliver complex information clearly.
- Strong time and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure client needs are met accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, identify root causes, and anticipate future issues.
- Ability to manage conflicts and navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, fostering positive relationships across departments.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative to identify opportunities and take action.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and utilizing a wide variety of digital tools and platforms.
- Adaptability and curiosity to thrive in a fast-evolving digital marketing landscape.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools.
- Experience in the multifamily industry (apartment marketing, leasing, or property management).
- Experience using a CRM or account management tools.
