The Golf Pro Shop Attendant plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the Pro Shop, ensuring that guests and members receive exceptional service. This position supports the Golf Professional staff with daily golf operations and is responsible for various tasks to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Welcome and check in golfers, collect fees, and manage the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, assist members and guests with booking tee-times.
• Merchandising: Assist with inventory management and merchandise displays to maintain an attractive and organized golf shop.
• Shop Maintenance: Ensure the golf shop is orderly and visually appealing at all times.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with the golf guest services team to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
• Point of Sale Management: Handle point of sale transactions accurately and be the final point of contact to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Golf Industry Knowledge required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience with point of sale systems and inventory management is preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.      
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
