Summary

Administrative Coordinator assists with departmental administrative and clerical functions ranging from accounting to logistics to helping support the improvement and development of operations.

What You'll Do

  • Order and coordinate materials for the HEV warehouse.
  • Build and receive orders from TMNBC for outbound shipments.
  • Inventory Reconciliation and cycle counts. Research all inventory variances to actual on-hand inventory. Research all out-of-stock items.
  • Drive forklift or other MHE to perform inspections and cycle counts is required.
  • Print and inspect labels for outbound shipments.  Check and inspect outbound orders for accuracy.
  • Verify and provide root cause analysis for shipping and inventory errors.
  • Process and communicate quality issues with materials to vendors or TBMNC.
  • Inspect returns for quality and quantity. Provide approval for return to inventory or vendor returns.
  • Quality inspections of materials and orders.
  • Analyze schedule and production for on-time delivery to TBMNC.
  • Update and maintain MSDS books with proper documentation and new items.
  • Administrative duties as required.
  • Inventory management or ordering materials and parts (preferred but not required).
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

What You Need

Must have High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree preferred. 6 – 9 years of experience in a similar position. Must be able to pass forklift and MHE operator testing. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Experience in supply chain management and Inventory control. The employee may also be exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. Experience in supply chain management and familiarity with coordinating activities with warehouses and logistics service providers. Ability to prioritize and support multiple assignments simultaneously. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Proactive and flexible with the ability to learn quickly. Ability to work independently and within a team setting in a fast-paced environment
