What You’ll Do
As an Associate Consultant on the Insights team, you will have responsibility for supporting all facets of our aftersales market research and industry benchmarking. As an Associate Consultant at Ducker Carlisle, your work will be rigorous, but its impact will be evident. Even at the most junior level, you will have exposure to client facing opportunities. You can expect to learn, be challenged, and be encouraged to grow and develop throughout your career.
 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Designing analyses using spreadsheets, database tools, statistical analysis and process mapping in order to meet project goals 
  • Conducting analyses utilizing assumption testing and sensitivity analysis 
  • Executing analyses on datasets ranging from tens to millions of rows 
  • Gathering research by conducting interviews, searching literature or the Internet and interpreting survey results 
  • Summarizing research findings 
  • Authoring client presentations and other deliverables 
  • Presenting findings to clients and to senior consulting staff 

 

Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor's degree from a top tier university 
  • Outstanding analytical abilities 
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal 
  • Advanced skills within Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with analytical modeling, statistical analysis, optimization, and/or manipulation of large datasets 
  • A professional demeanor 
  • Strong organizational, multi‐tasking, and time management skills 
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred

Compensation

The base compensation for this role is $86,000/year. Associate Consultants are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance.


Please Note: We encourage all our staff to work from a Ducker Carlisle office as often as is feasible; our hybrid work schedule suggests that most local team members work in the office 3-4 days per week when they are not traveling to clients.
