THE JOB:

Join our team as a Limousine Dispatcher where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience. You will coordinate transportation requests, ensure timely service, and create memorable experiences for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Coordinate limousine reservations with casino hosts and VIP personnel.

• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities.

• Communicate with drivers via two-way radios and manage multi-line phone systems.

• Use computer software to track flight information, review reservations, and map routes.

• Order additional limousines for special events as needed.

• Train new dispatchers on operational procedures and systems.

• Prioritize guest reservations and assign requests efficiently.

• Assist with incoming calls and ensure appropriate inquiries are managed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Highly organized and efficient in multi-tasking is preferred

• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays is required

• Minimum age requirement of 18+ years
