POSITION TO  START JANUARY 2026

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Selector / Production Worker. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong technical mindset, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced industrial environment.

The Selector / Production Worker will:

• Visually inspect ware and remove defective items to ensure quality standards are met.
• Set up ware on lehrs and conveyors, dislodge ware on straight-line equipment, and adjust carton flow on conveyors as needed.
• Monitor and tend to case packer/robot systems to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Inspect ware on filled case conveyor, fill cartons as needed, and verify carton gluing and appearance meet specifications.
• Occasionally hand-pack ware and reselect packed ware based on quality control instructions.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in working with automated equipment.
• Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the company.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of mechanical or robotic systems.
• Experience working with conveyors, packaging machinery, or automated equipment.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and adapt to changing production needs.
