Heritage Honda Parkville, a prestigious Honda Presidents Award dealership and the #1 Honda volume store in the region, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our high-performing, long-tenured team of over 100 automotive professionals.

Located in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility on the Baltimore City/County line, Heritage Honda Parkville is part of MileOne Autogroup—one of the largest, most respected, and fastest-growing automotive groups in the Mid-Atlantic. General Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, motivate, and mentor all Dealership employees
• Set sales and service goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those goals
• Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
• Lead the Fixed Operations department

General Manager Qualifications:

• Automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
• 5 years minimum GM experience
• Proven success in managing sales and service staff and dealership inventories
• Must be able to lead by example
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
• A strong work ethic
