Base Salary: $70,000/yr

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: $70,000/yr

About the Role

  • Schedule and direct installation crews on new installations and service calls.

  • Supervise crews, assess performance, oversee worker productivity, and ensure proper compliance with health and safety codes.

  • Process documentation for new/completed jobs and deliver completed job folders to Scheduling Coordinator.

  • Address and solve installation and service issues, timely and professionally, to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Key Qualifications

  • 6+ years of prior residential production building or remodeling experience.

  • 3+ years of previous management or crew supervision experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage and inspect the quality of all employee or subcontractor installations and jobs.

  • Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce).

  • Valid drivers license.
