The Community Relations Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive patient visits, expand brand awareness, and strengthen community engagement across multiple urgent care locations statewide. This role will focus heavily on social media marketing, digital advertising, brand awareness and community-based outreach to ensure each urgent care location is positioned as a trusted, accessible option for healthcare.



Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITES


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following

  • Strategic Marketing & Growth
  • Develop and implement statewide and location-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Research local market trends, competitors, and patient demographics to identify opportunities for increased visibility and patient volume.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Brand awareness


Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging, relevant, and timely content.
  • Plan, create, and schedule posts, reels, and stories that highlight services, staff, promotions, and community involvement.
  • Run and monitor paid social media campaigns to reach targeted audiences and generate measurable patient leads.
  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics (impressions, engagement, clicks, conversions) and adjust campaigns for improved ROI.
  • Manage online reputation through reviews, comments, and patient feedback platforms.


Community Outreach & Engagement

  • Build relationships with schools, businesses, and organizations to promote urgent care services.
  • Represent the company at community events, sponsorships, and health fairs.
  • Develop referral-building programs with healthcare providers and employers.
  • Grow and develop employer partnerships 
  • Workers Comp/ Case Management 


Brand & Materials Management

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all locations and platforms.
  • Maintain updated brochures, signage, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Partner with creative teams or vendors to design promotional campaigns.


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing performance (social media engagement, patient visits, referral activity, call volume, etc.).
  • Provide monthly reporting on marketing initiatives with recommendations for improvements


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, digital marketing, or social media management as well as face to face relationship building.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media accounts with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Hootsuite, analytics platforms, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours for events and social media engagement.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Frequent statewide travel
  • Approximately 60% in person marketing and 40% digital advertising
