The Canyons Castle Pines
The most anticipated new community in the Greater Denver area in decades, The Canyon Castle Pines debuted in Fall 2019. Set south of town along I-25, yet seemingly worlds away from the city, The Canyons is a master plan under the direction of the respected Shea Homes Colorado team. BlueStar is engaged to manage the amenities in the community, the first of which – The Exchange.
Where: Just South of Denver, Colorado
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Benefits:
New hourly full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week, will be eligible for the Company medical, dental and life insurance plans the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
Full-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (“PTO”) in accordance with the Company policy at a rate of 120 hours per year.
Full-Time team members are eligible for 7 paid holidays annually.
Part-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Sick Leave in accordance with state guidelines.
All team members 21 years and older are eligible to participate in the J.F. Shea Co., Inc. 401(k) plan after completion of 30 days of service.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible and accountable for supporting all lifestyle programs, including program planning, scheduling, and implementing activities in specific program areas. This position is heavily involved in providing accurate member communication through a variety of platforms, including the My Trilogy Life (MTL) member website, magazine, and social media. This position reports to the Club Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf (BSRG) to support the achievement of company goals.
- Collaborate with the Club Manager to create a comprehensive member program that includes monthly activities and events for recreation, enrichment, creative expression, and travel.
- Host Club events and activities, and conduct satisfaction surveys for large events.
- Support strategic partnerships with the Shea Community Representatives to share information and create engaging lifestyle events to showcase the Trilogy lifestyle and attract new buyers.
- Support open communication with members to share ideas.
- Update the member website, My Canyons Living, and social media to maintain all community activity and event information.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in recreation management or hospitality industry preferred.
- Background in hospitality industry, travel industry and/or Spa & Wellness industry preferred.
- Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification, and other safety certifications, as required by the Club.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel.
- Must have excellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to respond to the needs and requests of members, guests, and the community association.
- Must demonstrate initiative, with an ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected.
- This position requires a flexible schedule, to include evenings and weekends, with occasional travel.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position generally operates in a professional indoor office environment, but may have some exposure to outdoor weather conditions, and occasionally native wildlife, when on the grounds of the facility or attending outdoor events. There is routine use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear; sit, stand and walk (occasionally for an extended period), use hands to fingers, handle or feel, bend, and reach with hands and arms.
