Position Overview:
The Sales Director will lead all aspects of the sales function in a B2B-focused nutritional products and health & wellness manufacturing environment. This role is critical in achieving revenue targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring sales strategies align with overall company goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans.

  • Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team.

  • Implement and optimize scalable sales systems and processes.

  • Develop pricing strategies to meet profitability targets.

  • Collaborate with product development on go-to-market strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales leadership experience in nutritional products, dietary supplements, or health & wellness manufacturing.

  • Strong skills in strategic account management, communication, and negotiation.

  • Demonstrated success building sales teams and infrastructure.

  • Experience with CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis.

  • Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a drive for results.

  • Understanding of industry-specific compliance and certifications preferred.
