Assistant Teaching Professor in Chemistry
We seek a creative, professional chemist with the skills and passion to teach sophomore level Organic and junior level Inorganic chemistry courses to Science majors and a General/Organic/Biological (GOB) chemistry course to students pursuing degrees in the Health Professions. The position requires an annual teaching load of 24 credit hours and participation in service to the discipline and to the University. While research activities are not be a requirement of the Assistant Teaching Professor position, they may be performed voluntarily in support of student projects.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Ph.D. in Chemistry preferred (M.S. or ABD applicants will be considered)
· Demonstrated ability to teach lectures and labs at the undergraduate level
· Experience with learning management and online homework systems
