Executive Team Project Manager

Department: Executive Location: Monroe, NC

The Executive Services Project Manager (ESPM) will handle principal duties focused on ensuring time, information, systems, meetings, and decision-making processes are effective and most efficient for the Executive Team members. The ESPM focuses on proactively positioning the Executive Services Team to be operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness. The ESPM is responsible for management of the Red Pill Partner (RPP) Franchise Homebuilding Model Playbook ensuring it is kept up to date with the most current strategies. The ESPM supports the True Lean Culture by tracking costs and providing insights on all executive sponsored projects and events.

Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Establishes and executes a care matrix for company associates on behalf of the Executive Team (weddings, anniversaries, funerals, milestones, etc.)
  • Provides general administrative support to the EP of Homebuilding Operations as directed.
  • Provides project management support to implement ideas originated or sanctioned by EP of Homebuilding Operations.
  • Provides administrative support inclusive of planning, scheduling, creation of the slide deck for Corporate Gatherings and any associated breakout sessions, training, or meetings.
  • Drives the successful execution of projects that significantly impact the operational workflows and meeting schedules of the Executive Team. This includes taking initiative in organizing and scheduling, and fostering collaboration with managers and team members, all with the approval of the EP of Homebuilding Operations Manage corporate calendar on a rolling 14 months
  • Responsible for coordinating action items coming out of Executive Meetings on an as needed basis

Event Coordination:

  • Manages travel for Market Operation Reviews, Executive trips, and any travel that involves an Executive or guest of an Executive
  • Leads the planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of Leadership Summits with guidance from Executive sponsor
  • Leads the planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of Leadership Weekend with guidance from Executive sponsor
  • Leads the planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of Executive Trip with guidance from Executive sponsor
  • Leads the planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of Executive Planning Retreat with guidance from Executive sponsor
  • Leads the planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of Annual Sales Trip with guidance from Executive sponsor
  • Leads the planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of Annual Sales Kick off with guidance from Executive sponsor
  • Assists Office Administrator and with planning, coordinating, and executing all company gatherings and events to include the Christmas Celebration, Corporate Gatherings, My True Experience, Banker Developer Breakfast, Trade Partner Meetings, and others
  • Performs other duties as needed or required

True Lean Culture:

  • Tracks year-over-year project costs, event costs, and participation including Ops Reviews, Leadership Dinner, Leadership Summit, Executive Trip, Christmas Celebration, and Banker Developer Gathering, to identify spending changes as compared to budget. Provide valuable insights to EP of Homebuilding Operations and Executive Sponsor within 30 days of completion of event or project.

RPP Franchise Homebuilding Model:

  • Ensures all RPP Playbook content is current, accurate, and consistent across all Platforms contains the latest strategies
  • Ensures RPP is hosted on the best technological platform for organizing all platforms, processes, systems, documents, and methods that enable efficient and accurate access to designated associates through the company.
  • Establishes system and process to proactively ensure all elements associated with the RPP Franchise Homebuilding Model Playbook are current and consistent

Results/Accountability:

  • Completes tasks assigned in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintains a professional attitude and demeanor at all times
  • Ensures all events are completed by assigned deadline

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in business, administration, or related field required, bachelor�s degree preferred
  • Three � five years of relevant work experience required
  • Event management experience required
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Excellent client service skills required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion and tact in handling sensitive information and data
  • Valid driver�s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable personal transportation for occasional travel within NC and SC

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
  • Associate needs to occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment
