Team Lead – Distribution Center
Lead the Way in Warehouse Excellence – Join Our Distribution Center Team!
Position Summary:
Join our growing distribution team as a Team Lead, where you’ll play a key role in driving daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency across all logistics functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead day-to-day operations within the distribution center, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Coordinate schedules and priorities to maintain steady workflow and ensure on-time deliveries.
Audit and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
Maintain accountabilities for all materials, supplies, and warehouse inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize warehouse space utilization.
Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to warehouse associates.
Serve as the main point of contact for operations updates, problem-solving, and communication between shifts or departments.
Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and ensuring the facility operates safely and efficiently.
What You Bring to the Role:
Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, ideally 5+ years in a related function with at least 2–4 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
Strong understanding of shipping/receiving, inventory management, and material handling systems.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in process improvement, problem-solving, and operational efficiency.
Proficiency with MS Office and experience using WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Associate’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
