This role designs and implements comprehensive programs to foster an inclusive environment and drive organizational change. This leader should be excellent at stakeholder management, influencing without authority, and must have a bias for action as they lead key priorities for the organization.

As a I&D Lead, you will…

·       Develop strong partnerships with business leaders to create and implement inclusion & belonging strategies that support and align with overall client/functional objectives

·       Design and implement comprehensive programs to foster an inclusive and fair environment.

·       Collect, analyze, and report on appropriate metrics to inform decision making, identify gaps and report on the progress of inclusion & belonging initiatives

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate compliance considerations into various business processes and decision-making

·       Drive decisions by influencing decision makers; balance risk across multiple projects, programs and functions
