Job Qualifications
Four years of graphic design experience that includes two years of digital graphic design and production. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
Or
Bachelor's degree plus two years of graphic design experience that includes two years of digital graphic design and production. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of HTML and CSS required.

Major Duties
Implements designs into HTML email, prints ecommerce catalogs, and other HTML based creative deliverables. Includes but is not limited to standard/rich media vehicles, standard/rich media mobile applications, emails, web applications, website landing pages and social media banners.
Provides layout and design of digital marketing vehicles with direction from the Digital Art Director or Creative Director.
Utilizes client feedback for making revisions to creative layouts/function/etc.
Collects standard vendor provided assets and ensures adherence to standards. Quality checks creative work before sending to Web Developers.
Supports department design needs including website, Email, mobile applications, social media, Print, and other areas as needed. Development of occasional branded print materials is also required.
Supports marketing, eCommerce, Buying and other Exchange teams with design services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
