Requirements and Specifications:
Education
·Minimum:
oSome education in healthcare field, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
·Preferred:
oAssociate’s degree in relevant Healthcare field preferred; advanced coursework or certifications in process improvement is a plus
Experience
·Minimum:
o2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or business process improvement
·Preferred:
oExperience with healthcare IT systems (e.g., Epic, OnBase)
oExposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or change management principles
Language Skills
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
·Foundational knowledge of revenue cycle processes
·Basic understanding of performance metrics (e.g., denials, collection rates)
