Purpose of the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and technically skilled Application Support & Integration Developer to join our IT team in Roseland, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Python and automation, who is eager to grow their experience in API integrations, data workflows, and AI-enhanced solutions. You’ll work with the IT team and Firm shareholders to streamline operations and build scalable, automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain API integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Actionstep.
• Write clean, efficient Python code using object-oriented and functional programming principles.
• Use SQL for data querying and transformation across various systems.
• Create scripts (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript) to automate routine tasks and data workflows.
• Collaborate using Git for version control and team-based development.
• Integrate AI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, machine learning APIs) into business processes.
• Design and implement automated solutions to improve operational efficiency using workflow automation tools or custom scripts.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and experience with API development/integration.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming.
• Strong SQL skills and scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Exposure to AI tools and platforms, with a basic understanding of how to integrate them.
• Demonstrated ability to build automation solutions that improve business efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom-built solutions).
• Interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning.

Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a salary range of $48,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. Support staff may also be eligible for discretionary year-end bonuses and a merit-based increase.
