Nurse Anesthesia Clinical Program Administrator bei Nebraskamed

Clarkson College is currently seeking a Nurse Anesthesia Clinical Program Administrator. This position serves as a role model, teacher, consultant, change agent and facilitator in assessing learning needs of clinical staff/students in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and activities for students within the Nurse Anesthesia program.  The Clinical Program Administrator may be responsible for curricular maintenance of up to 10 courses. This position oversees clinical site instructors in their instructional role and maintains contact and assists in establishing contracts with numerous clinical sites. Takes direction from the Nurse Anesthesia Director acts as a liaison between the program and the clinical sites, provides direction to students during clinical process.

Required Qualifications:

•    Graduate from an accredited school/college of nursing required. 
•    Master’s from an accredited nurse anesthesia program required. 
•    Minimum two years as a practicing CRNA required. 
•    Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required.
•    Current certification as a CRNA required. 
•    Strong leadership, organizational, oral, and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate as part of a team with diverse constituents, required
•    Demonstrated capabilities in customer service and strategic prioritization, required
•    Ability to work in a consultative role with a broad range of constituents, including outside vendors, academic departments, interdisciplinary faculty committees, and College staff and leadership, required 
•    Self-starter and team-builder; ability to set clear expectations, required

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Doctor of nursing practice is preferred.
•    Minimum of five years as CRNA preferred. 
•    Minimum of two years’ experience as a nurse anesthesia clinical instructor preferred. 
•    Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Survey Monkey, Learning Management Systems preferred.
