Director of Business Development bei My Independence at Home

My Independence at Home (MYIAH) is filling the position of Director of Business Development. This role is responsible for growing the Participant base by increasing the presence of MYIAH in varying ways while managing the Business Development team. Responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to: 

• Managing      the Marketing/Business Development Team 
  • Conducting       weekly meetings with the team
  • Reviewing       progress with referrals 
• Fostering      relationships with local hospitals and rehabilitation centers in Philadelphia      and surrounding counties with the intention of:
  • Bringing       on new Participants who are currently receiving services through the HCBS       Waiver
  • Creating       a new pipeline of Participants interested in applying for the Waiver 
    • Assisting        potential referrals with the application process.
    • Overseeing/managing        the status of the application.
    • Ensuring        timely follow up applicants
• Creating/Improving      current Marketing practices at MYIAH
• Overseeing      all referral entries in HHAE to ensure proper and timely follow up
• Meeting      with CEO, DOO and CFO biweekly 
• Coordinating/facilitating      meetings with referral sources
• Being      in the ‘field’ to garner referral opportunities 
• Training      BD team on new marketing practices
• Working      with the team on gauging new social media and/or AI opportunities. (i.e.      google Ads, etc.)
• Other      duties as assigned

Requirements

•  Proficient in Word Office
•  Proficient in HHAE
•  Knowledge of the HCBS Waiver application process
•  Knowledge of Promise
•  Understanding of the working of the CAO
•  Ability to multitask
•  Ability to work independently and/or as a team
•  Proficient writing skills
