Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing extensive and complex services segment management operations, both internally and externally. The role leads process enhancement, manages stakeholder interactions, and ensures strategic alignment across multiple organizations. The role directs the overall performance of service products, solutions, technologies, and business segments, while tracking business metrics and owning multiple complex P&L's. The role also takes charge of team leadership, risk mitigation, and the implementation of corporate strategies, while contributing to talent management and development. The scope of this role spans across the Replacement Parts business (PC/Print) along with Time & Material break-fix offers AND Renew Services which includes IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), Certified Refurbished License Program (CRLP), Carbon Neutral / Carbon Synch Service, and Remarketing for Hardware.
Responsibilities
• Directs the services segment management for a large, complex enterprise, or oversees a pivotal sub-function for one of the organization’s most extensive and complex businesses.
• Orchestrates the planning, design, execution, communication, and delivery of the organization's services segment management undertakings within the stipulated sphere.
• Leads process improvement and policy development projects, oversees operational success, aligns strategies, integrates activities with major organizational functions, and owns numerous measurable goals.
• Discerns the implications of decisions made within the function on a regional scale and drives the formulation of suitable resolutions.
• Oversees the performance of business metrics related to both products and services, such as attach rates, penetration, revenue, and Total Customer Experience (TCE), while also developing recovery plans to address any exceptional issues.
• Directs the overall performance of a diverse range of service products, solutions, technologies, and business segments, which constitute a significant portion of the total business.
• Manages interactions with esteemed business leaders to address complex services segment management issues, represents the organization to both internal and external stakeholders, encompassing all facets of function-specific affairs.
• Takes the helm in launching organization-wide programs and products, ensuring alignment of technical support strategies and initiatives within the designated domain with overarching corporate and business-level strategies.
• Serves as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.
• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
Education & Experience Recommended
Deep domain knowledge and subject matter expert in HP Supply Chain Operations.
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $159,650 to $255,450 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
