We understand that management, performance objectives and feeding practices can be vastly different between operations, and that these differences dictate specific nutritional or formulation requirements. Our experienced sales staff and nutritionist will work with the producer to design a feeding program that is specific to their operation.

Qualifications
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to serve as both a Business Analyst and IT Specialist. This cross-functional role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology, capable of analyzing data, improving processes, and supporting IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities and Duties
Business analysis
- Analyze and document business data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Support project planning, scope definition, and performance tracking.
IT support & systems management
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices.
- Assist in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and cloud integrations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and support procedures.
Additional responsibilities
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, IT support, or a similar hybrid role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and basic scripting.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CBAP are a plus.
