We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of a centralized employee relations case management system. This initiative will transition the organization from manual, disparate processes to a unified platform that strengthens governance, safeguards sensitive information, and streamlines compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a centralized case management platform for employee relations.
  • Oversee the transition from fragmented manual systems to a scalable, unified solution that improves consistency and transparency.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, HR, and IT stakeholders to design workflows that incorporate legal privilege and regulatory requirements.
  • Define and maintain governance, privacy, and data security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate vendor evaluation, selection, and integration of the chosen technology solution.
  • Translate complex legal and compliance considerations into system functionality, documentation, and end-user processes.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and interdependencies, providing clear communication and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure adoption of standardized tools, templates, and best practices while maintaining alignment with enterprise PMO expectations.

 

Who You Are: 

  • A seasoned Project Manager with 8+ years of experience leading complex technology implementations and business transformation projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, CSM, Prosci, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Background in projects involving legal, compliance, or employee relations systems with proven ability to navigate sensitive data and regulatory constraints.
  • Experience working in consulting or industries with high compliance needs (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, CPG, or Retail).
  • Skilled in aligning diverse stakeholders and translating legal nuances into actionable system design and process improvements.
  • Recognized for your strategic mindset, adaptability, and pattern recognition—able to distill complex information into clear, actionable plans.
  • Adept at operating independently with light PMO oversight while staying aligned with enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
