Responsibilities:

Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios

As Associate Content Producer, you will… 

• Work with project leads to guide projects from concept to ship 
• Facilitate communication and accountability across disciplines 
• Identify and help remove roadblocks 
• Prioritize and assign tasks to appropriate contributors 
• Create and update schedules and tasks 
• Ensure features of major tasks are prioritized with stakeholder, scoped and scheduled 
• Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation 
• Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables 
• Keep team motivated and focused on goals, milestones and quality 

Qualifications:

What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

• You have at least 3 years of game production experience 
• You have led teams to the development of a large-scale, open-world RPG featuring deep narrative design, player-driven exploration, and modular quest systems supporting emergent gameplay. 
• You have a solid understanding of the art creation process and AAA game development 
• You have experience of a multiple-studios collaboration environment 
• You are proficient in project and people management skills 
• You possess strong team building abilities 
• You have experience tracking complex projects 
• You are passionate about Bethesda Game Studios titles
