Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios

As Technical Producer, you will… 

• Work with project leads to guide projects from concept to ship 
• Facilitate communication and accountability across disciplines 
• Identify and help remove roadblocks 
• Prioritize and assign tasks to appropriate contributors 
• Create and update schedules and tasks 
• Ensure features of major tasks are prioritized with stakeholder, scoped and scheduled 
• Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation 
• Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables 
• Keep team motivated and focused on goals, milestones and quality 

What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in online service project management 
• You bring a strong technical background with software engineering or technical management experience 
• You have experience in a multiple-studio collaboration environment, including internal, external, and remote organizations 
• You have strong project and people management skills 
• You have strong team building abilities 
• You have experience tracking complex projects 

Bonus Skills

• You have a solid understanding of the game development process for games utilizing live service features, deployments, and lifecycles 
• You have experience with Games as a Service 
• You have experience with AWS / Azure or other cloud service providers and applications as they relate to game development  
• You have experience with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and microservices in support of game development and Live service games 
• You have experience with Build engineering teams supporting game development  
• You have experience with Database engineering teams in support of game development and Live service games 
• You have experience with Analytics and Data Engineering teams in support of game development and Live service games  

Technical Producer - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,000 - $155,000 per year.

ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At ZeniMax certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, such as merit increases and discretionary bonuses. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
