Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of financial data across the organization. This role supports both operational and strategic decision-making through analysis, reporting, forecasting, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs comprehensive reviews of trial balances and financial statements to verify accurate classification, completeness, and integrity of financial data
  • Creates, develops, and maintains detailed financial reports, summaries, and dashboards to support internal and executive-level decision-making
  • Develop and evaluate the annual operating plan and long-term financial forecasts to support organizational growth and strategic objectives
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting
  • Provides training and guidance to business units on interpreting financial data, promoting transparency and consistency
  • Ensures accurate and timely preparation and posting of journal entries, supporting audit readiness, census reporting and documentation standards
  • Supports special projects focused on enhancing financial reporting and data analysis
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to quickly grasp company operations and business drivers 
  • Ability to identify technical accounting, process related and systems related issues, and provide direct and strategic focus in addressing such issues 
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced, fast growing company where adaptability is imperative 
  • Ability to interact with supervisors or managers across functions 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues, ability to think quickly and present to any audience 
  • Self-motivated, innovative and the ability to initiate and lead change 
  • Highest professional standards and personal and professional integrity 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills and direct experience with enterprise software applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance required
  • 5+ years of accounting experience


Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Align financial strategies with corporate goals to drive profitability
  • Translate financial results into business insights that support decision-making


Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to sit or stand and move about the facility
  • Required to read documents and computer screen


Work Environment:

  • Usual office working conditions
  • Occasional exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors
