Overview:Eagleview, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Recruiter II to join our Global Recruiting team. This role requires someone who can independently manage complex recruitment initiatives, take full ownership of hiring processes, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can partner closely with hiring managers, support key hiring efforts, and contribute to improving candidate experience and recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Owns and manages complex recruiting projects from sourcing through onboarding.
- Builds strong, strategic partnerships with hiring managers delivering proactive updates on hiring progress.
- Develops and maintains diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Identifies and implements workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensures compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
- Maintains detailed documentation and reporting for recruitment activities.
- Independently assesses hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies aligned with team and business goals.
- Uses discretion and independent judgment to influence hiring decisions and guide managers through complex candidate evaluations.
- Proactively identifies recruitment risks and lead mitigation strategies.
- Navigates and resolves moderate conflict with limited management support.
- Analyzes recruitment metrics and recommends data-informed improvements.
- Interprets market data and provides strategic recommendations to improve recruitment outcomes and workforce planning.
- Tailors outreach strategies based on role complexity and market trends.
- Participates in or assist with hiring initiatives and projects.
- Advises hiring managers on interview strategy, selection processes, and long-term talent planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success managing full recruitment processes with some level of independence.
Preferred
- Proven ability to build and manage candidate pipelines across multiple functions and levels.
- Skilled in social media recruiting with up-to-date sourcing strategies and market insight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging a broad range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment-related tools.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick, and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program; Pet Insurance. This is a full-time, hybrid role in our Rochester, NY headquarters with a salary range of $71,600 - $79,800, bonus potential.
