YOU WILL BE:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will oversee the safety and functionality of the
entire facility, grounds, and property including conveyor systems, material handling
equipment, electrical & lighting, building repairs, plumbing, and emergency systems.
You will report into the Maintenance Supervisor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
● Maintain / repair all mechanical and electrical material handling equipment to ensure
least possible interruption of service
● Repair any mechanical, electrical, building, or plumbing issues
● Perform preventative maintenance checks as needed.
● Promptly complete all work order requests
● Assist with other special projects as directed
● Assess the running conditions of mechanical and electrical material handling systems
and report any issues to the Facilities Manager
● Monitor supply inventory for accuracy and availability

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
● 1+ year of relevant experience in maintenance / facility repair in warehouse
operations, especially with conveyor systems - preferably in retail, wholesale, or
eCommerce environments
● A mechanical and electrical background with familiarity in PLC troubleshooting.
● Must provide proof of any electrical certifications
● This position requires English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training
and to meet compliance requirements.
● Must be able to hear equipment and warning signals
● Must have a valid driver's license
● Ability to fulfill the physical job requirements including: standing for long periods of
time (up to 10 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs., walking long distances, bending, stooping,
climbing ladders or stairs repeatedly, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
● Ability to use powered industrial trucks such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts
● Ability to work overtime shifts as needed

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting hourly rate is $24.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
