$21-$24 per hour to start + $2.00 shift differential
2nd Shift Monday- Thursday 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM Overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed for production.

Team Lead/Manufacturing Fabrication Technician Summary
The Manufacturing Fabrication Technician & Team Lead programs fabrication machinery, trains new machine operators and maintains tooling for multiple machines. Machines include SG-6, Amada turret, Messer Plasma using Prima power programming, Amada programming and Messer plasma programming, team lead is a role that focuses on overseeing the daily operations and performance of a fabrication team, ensuring production goals are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety procedures are followed. They are responsible for guiding and supporting team members, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with other teams or management.
Team Lead/Manufacturing Fabrication Technician Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervising and Leading the Team
- Operates machinery to fabricate parts to print and work order.
- Serve as a backup programmer for SG-6, Amada turret, Messer Plasma
- Maintain tooling for SG-6, Amada turret, Messer Plasma.
- Material Management
- Train new operators on all machinery.
- Assist with maintenance on fabrication machinery.
- Complete daily quality control checks in fabrication.
- Assist with parts that require two operators for safe process.
- Provide technical direction to others as needed.
- Must be able to perform math calculations by adding, subtracting, and such as using fractions, decimals, and to solve manufacturing/ assembly issues.
- Maintain clean and safe workspace, while achieving productivity and quality standards.
- Production Monitoring
Team Lead/Manufacturing Fabrication Technician Required Education, Knowledge & Skills:
- Associates in Machinery or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience with fiber laser, turret press, press brake and shear operations and programming a plus.
- Prima power programming, Amada programming, Messer plasma programming a plus.
- Knowledge of NC Express and Pronest programming a plus.
- Must be competent in the use of dimensional measuring tools and instruments.
- Excellent attendance
- Strong production mindset with quality precision
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, written direction, and work orders.
Team Lead/Manufacturing Fabrication Technician Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate clearly.
- Requires ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Requires ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, crawl, and kneel.
- Specific vision ability required includes close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing work environment that has frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, noise intensity level, proximity to moving mechanical parts and exposure to weather.
