The Program Coordinator will provide essential support to Avetta’s largest and most strategic global client program. Reporting to the Director, Program Management – and dually reporting to the Senior Director, Client Services, this role will assist with cross-functional coordination, maintain program documentation and tools, and help ensure timely task execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in program operations within a dynamic SaaS environment. 

Candidates living within a commutable distance to Avetta’s Lehi Office located at 3300 N Triumph Blvd, Suite 800, Lehi, UT 84043 will be given preference and will be asked to follow a hybrid work schedule of three in-office days and two remote days each week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Program Support & Coordination 
  • Assist with tracking program activities and timelines. 
  • Support cross-functional teams in completing assigned tasks. 
  • Help maintain program trackers and action logs. 
  • Documentation & Tool Administration 
  • Organize and update program documentation using tools like Confluence, Wrike, and Jira. 
  • Ensure documents are current and accessible to stakeholders. 
  • Assist in creating templates and checklists for program use. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement 
  • Schedule internal meetings and prepare agendas. 
  • Take meeting notes through Gong and distribute follow-up actions. 
  • Help compile reports and presentation materials. 
  • Process Improvement through received mentorship and Copilot 
  • Suggest improvements to documentation and coordination practices. 
  • Support implementation of efficient workflows. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Jira, Confluence) is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams. 

 IDEAL EDUCATION & TRAINING: 

  •  CAPM or PMP PMI certified
