Gurley Leep is a family-owned company with 22 locations across five states and continues to expand. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Service Drive Manager to lead our service drive operations at Smart Toyota. 


This role is key to ensuring our customers receive a seamless, efficient, and friendly experience from the moment they arrive through vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and skilled at managing people and processes in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and provide transparent quotes to customers.
  • Consult with customers to assess their vehicle’s needs, provide service recommendations, and explain repair options.
  • Oversee daily operations of the service drive, ensuring excellent customer service and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain communication between customers, service technicians, and management.
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient allocation of resources in the service department. 
  • Monitor service appointments, vehicle status updates, and repair timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.
  • Train and mentor team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements

  

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive service operations or management  (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of dealership management systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
