Chapman BMW Chandler is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our dealership. The Facility Maintenance Technician inspects equipment and performs preventative maintenance and repairs. Successful candidates are self-starters and can manage multiple tasks effectively. Job Responsibilities:

• All aspects of building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and painting and drywall repair
• Inspect and evaluate equipment for functionality and performance
• Perform preventative maintenance work on facility equipment
• All other duties as assigned by management

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with HVAC maintenance
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall repair, and building controls
• Knowledgeable about proper use of maintenance tools and equipment
• Must be a self-starter, proactive and able to think outside of the box
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to exercise sound judgment when carrying out projects or tasks
• Basic computer skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
