Postion Summary

Location: Hybrid/Remote with required travel to Andover, MA (HQ & Lab) and Haverhill, MA (3rd Party Logistics Partner)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Inventory Coordinator (Contract) to oversee and maintain the accuracy of inventory across our off-site 3rd party warehouse and Lab. This role ensures smooth coordination between our internal teams, HQ, Lab operations, and logistics partners, while safeguarding the integrity of our ERP and WMS systems.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and comfortable traveling between company facilities and our logistics provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across HQ, Lab, and 3rd party warehouse facilities.

  • Process receipts, verify incoming materials, and document all inventory transactions.

  • Conduct weekly cycle counts at both Lab and 3rd party logistics sites.

  • Manage deliveries and ensure timely processing of shipments.

  • Process and record inventory adjustments, receipts, movements, and scrapping of materials.

  • Enter and maintain all inventory transactions in the company ERP system.

  • Validate inventory accuracy weekly against the 3rd party Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure synchronization.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies or issues.

  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements related to inventory.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related field.

  • Experience working with ERP and WMS systems (experience with [insert your ERP system name] preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
