Position: Java Developer (Intermediate Level)

Overview:

We are seeking an Intermediate Java Developer to join our team for 2026. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring, and DBMS (Oracle/Tibero), along with a working knowledge of web technologies. While experience with TOBESOFT Nexacro or XPLATFORM is a plus, it can also be learned on the job.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Java: Strong backend development experience

• Spring Framework: Proven experience with Spring-based applications

• DBMS: Experience with Oracle or similar databases (Tibero DB experience is a plus)

• JavaScript & JSON: Solid experience for web and data integration tasks

• Web technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS

• Ability to learn new UI frameworks (e.g., TOBESOFT Nexacro)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TOBESOFT Nexacro or XPLATFORM

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Team player with good communication skills

• Bilingual in Korean and English

• 5+ years of relevant development experience (intermediate level)

• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code

• Open to learning new technologies as required by the project
