We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Technical Manager to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our Salesforce CRM platform. This role will ensure the Salesforce ecosystem supports institutional objectives across multiple functions, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a Salesforce technical team, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce CRM to meet organizational needs.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for Salesforce development and administration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
- Plan and execute Salesforce upgrades, new feature deployments, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with other IT teams for cross-platform integrations and enterprise architecture alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
Experience:
- Seven (7) years systems analysis/programming experience in a business environment is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in technical roles, covering development, administration, and enterprise-level solution delivery.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer II, Administrator).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
