The primary responsibilities of this role are to enable the long-term stability of the Supply Chain facilities through sound asset management principles, sustainment and optimization of robust controls systems, and upskilling of the maintenance team. %26nbsp;The Director will recruit, train, supervise and mentor the department staff to ensure they continue to grow and develop with their position responsibilities. %26nbsp;The Director plays an active role in continually evaluating the current maintenance processes and providing input for changes that will increase productivity or added cost savings. %26nbsp;Reviews / recommend changes to existing material-handling equipment and all proposed construction projects. Leads their team to foster an open and engaging environment where associates can ask questions, learn, and perform their best.
