The primary responsibilities of this role are to enable the long-term stability of the Supply Chain facilities through sound asset management principles, sustainment and optimization of robust controls systems, and upskilling of the maintenance team. %26nbsp;The Director will recruit, train, supervise and mentor the department staff to ensure they continue to grow and develop with their position responsibilities. %26nbsp;The Director plays an active role in continually evaluating the current maintenance processes and providing input for changes that will increase productivity or added cost savings. %26nbsp;Reviews / recommend changes to existing material-handling equipment and all proposed construction projects. Leads their team to foster an open and engaging environment where associates can ask questions, learn, and perform their best. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location.
