Job Summary
The Administrative Support Representative is responsible for providing a diverse range of administrative and clerical support to office staff.

Essential Functions of an Administrative Support Representative
- Support the hiring manager with recruiting including posting on job boards, reviewing candidate resumes and uploading into recruiting software, conducting screening interviews, and scheduling interviews
- Assist the hiring manager with onboarding of new employees including filling out onboarding paperwork and gathering documentation from employees (i.e. proof of employment eligibility, copy of state license/state certification)
- Coordinate with corporate HR to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Provide general office support to internal and external staff.
- Communicate routine and general information to staff, customers, and/or public about standard services, processes, and procedures using prescribed or established guidelines.
- Establish and maintain office files and activity logs.
- Receive, process, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies
- Maintain and update mailing lists; organize and implement mass mailings.
- Perform routine data entry.
- Prepare, process, update, and compile routine documents, records, and reports.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience working in a healthcare office setting.
- High proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications.
