Homeoffice GCP-Data Engineer-Trainee bei Prodapt

We are seeking an experienced and skilled CAD-Cloud Engineer to join our team at Prodapt. This role will report to the CAD-Cloud Specialist and will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure across OS, storage, and network elements for one of the hyper scalars (GCP/AWS/Azure) for a project.

• Cloud Migration: Create scripts and provision and manage cloud migration tools for VM, DB, Network, etc.
• Cloud Platform Management: Provision simple DBs and certificates and help architects with designing work packages
• IaC Development: Code the basic infrastructure components, work and close complex IaC modules for entire app stack, and implement quality standards for IaC
• Change and Release Management: Track and report relevant KPIs, deploy monitoring tools, define metrics and publish monitoring dashboards, automate alerts and remediation steps.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory, MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science is desired.
• ITIL Practitioner is desired.
• 0-4 years of work experience.
• Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects is desired.
• Experience in using most of the 14 service management processes is desired.
• Knowledge of cloud platform, migration & assessment, infrastructure skills, DevOps IaC Development (Scripting, IaC Development, IaC Automation), IT Service Management, Config/Change Management, observability, SRE is needed.
• Basic skills in Result Orientation & Excellence, Adaptability, Initiative, Customer Service orientation, and Analytical thinking is needed.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Cloud coding frameworks (Terraform, Ansible), GCP/AWS/Azure and Cloud Migration Tools for DB, Network, and VM migration is needed.
